We need a news banner....
Now, I know eventually we'll come out of beta and the need for this will be less, but we need a news banner at the top of the Global Chat container that contains information that users are likely to be asking a lot, or need to know.
In the current situation, it would allow for the test window times to be put up and then users don't have to ask all the time what time does the test end, which I swear is the most common question ever asked in Global Chat. Post-beta, I could see it being used for things like maintenance windows or where a party might be held, or simply a round table for talking with a dev who might be in a particular land, building, location.
