Cheese making improvements
I find making cheese and butter such a great drain of energy for relatively small reward and yet so many recipes call for cheese. My suggestion is keep the current method, but also introduce some kind of cheese making related skill, with an associated tool such as a "cheese press" to enable more efficient cheese production... maybe it could even be an upgrade for the butterfly milker? These are just some thoughts, I am sure others will be able to expand on this or come up with just as good alternatives.
