• Dolls are not retired or rare, they are just hard to get.  Enough trades with Rube and you can get those, it just takes time.
  
  GNG can drop from a pickle so its not worth blowing cash for that, either. But if you just have to have one...

• elf: it's only one GNG per pickle so at this point they're largely sold seperately :)
  also dolls are rare, just not MEGA rare, and i've gotten impatient waiting for the rube to offer me one!
