Chat Suspension

I am suspended from talking in Glitch, and I don't know why! It really sucks, because all i can do when someone asks me a question is change my expression. :(::(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(::(:(    :(

  • Did you ask in Live Help for assistance?  Did you have a conversation with a staff member?  

    TS is usually pretty good about dealing with these kinds of things and letting you know.  Have you gotten any emails from them?

  • sometimes global chat gets flakey and boots people, then replies "you are not in that group" when you attempt to rejoin.

    it looks like ban, but is only temporary and due to technical issues.

  • Reload when this happens. I had the same problem the other day, and hitting the ol' curly arrow sorted it right out (like most technical issues I've had).
