blood of the dead does not work

i was trying to remove some jellisac mounds from my front street tonight. tried 3 blood of the dead - but the mound is still there. hesitate to waste more botd - but it clearly wasn't working to remove those items from my street. any help appreciated - happy to replicate.

• This is a known bug. If you can, you should probably submit a bug in-game or here:  http://www.glitch.com/help/report/ to get your jellisac mounds removed.
