Friends List Count Stops at 1000

Its really sort of annoying, because at first I was wondering why my friends aren't adding, and then I realized they are-its just the profile page count maxes out at 1k. Please change the count to something like 5k friends instead!

• i agree, i want to friend EVERYONE! but the limit will stop me. :( those who wish to make like everyone their friend, comment here.

• Heya- yes, we know, but will pass it on. Note, it may not change soon. Making pages work for many thousands of contacts like this is hard, there are occasionally unintended consequences which breaks other things (like databases freaking the hell out). It's a delicate technical balancing act.

• @kevbob: True, my computer crashes everytime I go to my friends list. Now I just type in the link to see my blocked victims, instead of just scrolling to the bottom of my friends list.
