Necklace Info?

I have a Piece of a Magical Pendant.  Presumably this is needed to make a necklace?  At least it looks like a necklace, but who knows?  I also have a variety of beads.  So 2 questions.. Do I need anything else to create the necklace?  If not, can someone tell me how many beads of 1 type it takes to make a necklace?

• That piece is not for making a 'beaded' necklace, it's used to make this. The amount of beads needed to make a necklace varies depending on the necklace (between 17 and 23), but the encyclopedia tells you how many you need; Go here for a listing of all the necklaces. You can either mouse-over to view the description, or click on a necklace to go to it's page. Keep in mind you also need a string to complete a necklace ;)
