Please don't offer upgrade cards that aren't usable.

Sometimes I get upgrade cards that promise to increase my learning speed in a skill tree I've already completed. Some players probably want them anyway, just so they can have all the cards. I don't want them, though...in fact, I'd buy an upgrade that stopped offering me now-useless upgrades.

• They may be useless at the moment but more skills will be released in the future. Your future learning times will be reduced.

• @mary - then they can reappear then. for instance, i never get cooking upgrade cards, because i haven't chosen to learn those skills. since the deck is already specified to you on some level, this fix can be possible even if new skills might someday appear.
