Rejecting upgrade cards

- I'd frankly like to be able to say, "Not only am I not buying this upgrade, don't offer it to me again."
- do wish we could reject cards for a few iMG, have them 90% less likely for 30 Ur days.

this would probably be an upgrate itself, or it could be done by using potions

• beyond the pale and i posted topics on the upgrade cards last night (both basically the same at the same time, heh) and maybe what you suggest is an easier fix and will make more people happy. i know i'm over getting useless cards!
