Average age of a Glitcher?
With so much discussion going on about the "right" age a player/tester needs to be, it has me feeling very curious as to what the average age of a glitch tester/gamer is? soooo I thought hay I'm gona be rude and ask.
I don't want to be to impolite so am adding age brackets for those who do not really want to give to much away. It's just for fun ;)
A 13-17
B 18-25
C 26-35
D 36-45
E 46-55
F 56+

I'm F and agree with Phoebe, I've been gaming on consoles and computers for over 25 years and it just keeps getting better!
@Cupcake - gotta add that I did a double take when I read your age group, like the others mention you show maturity beyond your years. - @PirateApples - I asked first! and are we related? same tree?

Chalk up another one for B. I just love young people like Cupcake who are mature and polite because you don't see a lot of them these days. I would know first hand because contrary to my cliche statements "I just love young people" and "these days", I just got out of the A category a few long years ago! :P
Also, Misha, are you going to compile this data and make some nifty charts for us? :D -

- Cheers for Misha and PittyPat, then! I'm curious to see how this all turns out, and you should see if people are interested in putting it on the Wiki. Historical facts like the average age of Glitch testers right before beta are of the utmost importance.
- I think the ratio of A/B aged players compared to D/E/F players is going to GREATLY increase once the games goes beta.

- Zev-I am staying at home raising my children to know what to do when THEY don't have enough to live on LOL! So while they are at school learning about cows and pigs and butterflies, I am playing with them on the computer.

Another D here.
1) I got an ipad in my B-day!
2) I used to work many, many hours a day, and raise to sons at the same time. I was a really young wife and mother, but:
a) my sons grew up, and my husband is trying to, and
b) I got tired of working so many hours, so now I only work 10 per week... and play the other 40. - lol @Couso same here,3 kids,raised single handledly for past 11 years,part time job,bit of ME time..:)

2) I work many hours, many days but am not so young
a) no kids and no spouse trying to mature
b) I am still working 40 hrs per week, but playing as many as I can!!! - I'm a B; we youngins gotta stick together. I'm a bit surprised at the number of F's, seeing as how my parents have trouble with stuff like email attachments.

I reared my men. Now I work 16 hours a week and play the rest. My partner of 24 years is a diamond. I refuse to own a mobile phone. My appliances do most of the chores, except pick up clothes off the bedroom floor, can't have everything..right? -
I'm a mid-C.
1) I have an iPad too but only because my partner knew I'd get all lip-trembling sad if he came home with one on release day and I didn't have one. He's rad.
2) I work 50 hours a week and play Glitch at work ;) because
a) I'm a nanny and the babies nap 3 hours which is plenty of time for Glitchin' and
b) I don't have a b.
@Tofu Casserole, my mom is an F and she has a level 70-something character in World of Warcraft and is one of her guild's top healers ;) - C (but not for long .. doh!) Sorry Zev, some of us have full time stay at home type jobs like me (i'm a mom). Now if I could only get my son to nap longer!!

K, I'm an F. The OLDEST section.
My first electronic game was Pong
My first PC was a Tandy
And I'm eagerly awaiting a Gitch app for my windows phone
I'm also "Mom" to my seven year old granddaughter. I think I should get some age points for that. Some days that makes me more like a C and others more of a J. K, guess I'm really an F after all.
Fun post! - Riverwalker-Thanks for reminding me that I meant to ^5 RM about mentioning TRS-80's. They were my first computer too. Way to go all of us D's.
