(((( ;°Д°)))) !!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have officially WON the game. The colour scheme (love all the grey and black combo), the layout, the laser accuracy in hanging those SDBs...*ran out of words to describe your splendid-ness* I need to save the largest size copy of this pic STAT.
How does this affect your house loading speed? Is there major lag? Regardless, it is certainly a sight to behold! Reminds me of a museum for some reason.
@Wynella: It's...not healthy for loading speed, to say the least! Strangely, at some point last night (bottom two floors finished, third floor half-finished, 2/3rds of the cabinets not in place), everything loaded up all at once--where usually the SDBs would load up a few at a time in random places--and there was no lag whatsoever. For about five minutes. XD I usually reload before entering my house, and that makes it somewhat bearable, but there definitely is an affect. I guess I should put out a note: Visitors Beware - Lag Central! :P
@Snorriruff: I made all the SDBs myself, but I cheated and bought a few hundred snails. Those sloths are just so slow! (Well, as they should be, I suppose.) I think I made one or two of the cabinets, but cheated on those as well and bought most of them.
Even with making them, I think the hardest part was getting them all evenly spaced. XP Good luck with your own house, though! I think I still have some spare materials lying around and they're all yours if you'd like them. :)
@English I know someone a while back had a bunch & mentioned their lag was yucky, and they had nowhere NEAR this many. Must be awesome to have an SDB for *everything* though. :D Do your extra SDBs go in SDBs? ;)
@Wynella: The lag is surprisingly okay if I reload after getting into my house and let the game sit for a few minutes before trying to do anything. Trying to be less hesitant about going back inside now! :P
@Lilleh: I had about a third of the SDBs made from before I expanded my house, but I put the last three-ish RL days into finishing up everything else. The last floor took the longest, since the last was the worst. :)
Amazing! I don't think anyone will top that. You deserve a special badge for having the most SDBs. I hope you will post a photo when you fill those remaining boxes. Also, I love the way you have organized your items. What fun.
@BlackWolf: Indeed! I left them out when I was organizing the lower levels because I thought I would have too many items and not enough room. This turned out to be brutally untrue, and now I can't figure out if I'm patient enough to actually go in and slot the eggs in next to the animals. XP Maybe I'll just drop them into the empty boxes on the third floor! :P
I shudder to imagine how many credits it would take to upgrade all (400-ish) to one of the more expensive designs (e.g. platinum plated)...
BTW, discovered that putting :> without escaping it will break the comments...
I'm aspiring to this...I have two floors wallpapered with SDBs, but I haven't widened my house to its maximum yet. In time, in time.
Even with making them, I think the hardest part was getting them all evenly spaced. XP Good luck with your own house, though! I think I still have some spare materials lying around and they're all yours if you'd like them. :)
Do you know exactly how many there are? ;)
@Everyone: Your amazement/amusement/bemusement keeps me happily obsessive. Thanks for the house-feedback! :)

*wanders away before he gets hit by a SDB*
Very impressive !!!

And you're going to have problems after TS have added another 25ish items to the game :)
