I have created an instructional video for you. Please excuse the slightly loud intro music. I was rocking out too hard.

Here's what I used in the video.
Here's the Arcade Stick I use; http://www.amazon.com/HORI-Soulcalibur-Arcade-Stick-Playstation-3/dp/B006WVR982/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1350247547&sr=8-2&keywords=hori+soul+calibur+v+stick
I also opened it up and replaced the motion restrictor plate to be octagonal instead of square, but that is not needed for Glitch, but I recommend it if you use it for fighting games, too.

The software I use to translate joystick and button presses into keyboard presses is joy2key.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/joy2key/
And, just in case anyone has one of these and wants to try it, here is the profile I use to play;
(you have to enable the POV switches in "Others" first)
POV1:UP - Arrow-Up
POV1:RIGHT - Arrow-Right
POV1:DOWN - Arrow-Down
POV1:LEFT - Arrow-Left
Button 1 - 1
Button 2 - Enter
Button 3 - Space (Auto turbo 16, or you can use hardware turbo)
Button 4 - 2
Button 5 - 4
Button 6 - 3
Button 7 - B
Button 8 - Escape
Button 9 - C
Button 10 - X
Button 11 - - (Auto turbo 6)
Button 12 - = (Auto turbo 6)*
Button 13 - Z
For Button 12, it will show up in joy2key as ";" instead of "=", but it is a bug. It's weird, but just put "=" in there anyway. I also forgot to mention in the video that I have auto turbo for the zoom in and out buttons as well, as it makes it nicer to use.
