What was the first thing you bought? Mine was...
The first thing I buyed on Glitch was the free Space Crusader Mask, I really dig Ultraman and was happy to find it, frickin genius!

Oh crap. So love this game. - Actually, the first thing I bought was food, with currants - Lol! As a Newb at the end of Alpha, I could not pet and harvest enough to stay out of Hell - Lol!
- The Ghost Tank Classic Cyan was my second shirt purchased, used it until I decided to go full nekkid for the rest of my Glitch life... great shirt.

I can't remember what the first thing I bought in game was but it was probably something relating to quests like garlic as I threw myself into the game wholeheartedly trying and doing everything (yet, I kind of liked it).
In terms of wardrobe:
Black Trisor T-shirt which I thought was cool but don't think I wore properly until later.
Then the Alpaca Poncho as I was going with the Mighty Boosh theory that it was impossible to feel unhappy in a poncho and I wore that for like a month or so...and it did make me happy, but as it turned into summer it made me feel hot IRL and so had to switch to a a bee costume. - The first thing I purchased was the Black Flat Cap, White Leggings, Maroon Jacket with Scarf, and Black Skirt combo that I've dressed my Glitch in most of the time (:
- Aqua frill blouse - I still wear it sometimes, too!
- I think the first in-game item I bought was a fruit changer or some other cooking appliance. It seemed very necessary at the time. The first wardrobe item I bought was the Flower Print Baby Tea in Pink along with some Neon Midnight Roundy Sneakers.
- Lavender Sprout Summer Dress :)
- Enrique Ponce Torero shoes and Gunpowder Gertie Dress which made my glitch look like a ragdoll
- Green Elven Boy Top with Nevermore Boots, rounded out with a Butternut Pearl Hat. Sort of Robin Hood look.
